Berlin, September 2, 2026. The Supervisory Board of Tele Columbus AG has appointed Sebastian Rudow as a member of the Management Board, effective as of September 2, 2026. In his role as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), he will in particular advance the ongoing refinancing and oversee the related financing and stakeholder processes.
“Sebastian Rudow brings valuable additional expertise to our Management Board. Together with his Management Board colleagues, Sebastian will drive the ongoing refinancing forward and continue to pursue our strategic course. We are well positioned operationally: Our internet and telephony business continues to perform well, and our transformation and efficiency measures are taking effect. At the same time, we are investing selectively in our fiber and network infrastructure, thereby laying the foundation for further growth,” says Christoph Lüthe, CEO of Tele Columbus AG.
Sebastian Rudow has many years of experience in leading companies through complex transformation processes. In various CEO, CFO and CRO roles, he has been responsible for operational and strategic realignment and has guided companies through periods of profound change. His areas of expertise include financial stabilization and operational performance improvement, the implementation of restructuring plans, and the management of complex financing and stakeholder processes.
